Yesterday , whole night i cant sleep coz something is annoying me ... Thus , this morning i do a crazy things , go to jogging ...

昨晚失眠 ，今早清晨时分， 做了一件傻事 - 跑步！想借跑步，忘掉烦恼！

hahaha, thats cool. Go to jog when you feel bother is better than you go to drink and smoke. I very hated the people who use alcohol or cigarette when they feel bothered in something. Hah, I don think that alcohol and cigarette can make them cool down for consider something. There is just an excuses for drink and smoking.
